The NAXSA Engineering page represents a joint effort of NAXSA members to provide resources to the trench shoring industry. The documents on this page have been approved and developed by NAXSA’s Engineering Committee. The overall goal of the Engineering Committee is to guarantee worker safety by increasing understanding of the regulations, resources and equipment related to underground protection. We have a shared passion to ensure the safe and efficient completion of underground construction projects by working as a community of manufacturers, rental companies/distributors, and engineers to take on the evolving challenges of a complicated and dangerous industry.

Each year we rely on the direct feedback from the NAXSA membership to push impactful change and develop meaningful resources that support their constantly changing needs. Our committee was founded upon a guarantee that all topics are fair game, leaving no subject or concern too controversial to address in an attempt to reach our ultimate goal of zero deaths and injuries in our industry.
