Worker rescued in Chesterfield after falling in trench


CHESTERFIELD, VA 
– Just after 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 13, Chesterfield Fire and EMS crews responded to a call for a confined space rescue at Lake Eloise Loop and Idylwood Drive, off Genito Road.

The first firefighters on the scene found a construction worker injured inside a 15-foot-deep hole.
